Knight of the National Order of Merit of the Republic of Guinea, Medalist of Honor for Labor, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Slovakia in Guinea, graduate of the University of Prague, Chartered accountant and auditor approved, El Hadj Boubacar Lombonna DIALLO is the founder of Cabinet Lombonna. Entering the Guinean civil service in 1968, he was Secretary of State, Vice-Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Guinea, Minister of economic and financial affairs at the Presidency of the Republic, National Director of Customs. He also supervised accounting standardization in Guinea (national accounting plan and sectoral accounting plans) and he served as government commissioner for mixed companies. He also collaborated in the creation of the National Order of Chartered Accountants and Accountants of Guinea.

Graduateof the Gamal Abdel Nasser University of Conakry, Chartered accountant and auditor. Joined Cabinet Lombonna in 1987 and Partner for 37 years. He is a member of the office of the Order of Chartered Accountants.
He was Regional Director of Commerce, General Director of a public company and Director of the design office of the Minister of Trade and Industry. He is the head of the Accounting Department.
